The work: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration efforts and serve as the primary data migration analyst.
- Oversee preparation of complex data queries.
- Manage all stages of ETL: data extraction, transformation, loading.
- Conduct data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform complex data analysis, including trend identification, pattern recognition, linkage analysis, and anomaly detection.
- Provide strategic planning and leadership throughout migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition between legacy and new systems.
Here is what you need:- US Citizen (Public Trust eligible)
- 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data migration, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in building and optimizing complex queries.
- Deep experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Advanced analytical skills in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:- Prior leadership or senior-level ownership of end-to-end data migration projects.
- Experience managing transitions between legacy and modern data systems.
- Background in strategic planning for large-scale data initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level data quality, governance, and cleansing frameworks.
