Reporting to the Data Center Technical Lead, the
SeniorData Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure in our data center.

This role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and maintaining productivity during off-peak hours. A shift premium may apply.Job requirements - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, Data Center or Infrastructure environment
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking, and data center infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and performing component replacements.
- Familiarity with cable management, labeling standards, and physical network setup.
- Experience using ticketing systems and asset tracking tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation and procedures.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+)
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for building what's next
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- A mindset that blends engineering rigor with creative problem solving
- Class 5 driver's license is required.
