Full Job Description
**This role is contingent on contract award. Occam is searching for a Senior Data Architect. Primary Responsibility: Working in coordination with the Chief Enterprise Architect, the Data Architect shall be the primary technical authority responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the data layer, specifically leading the Data Governance, Data Quality, and Real-Time Data Processing (ETL/ELT) tasks defined in PWS Sections 4.3 and 4.5. Minimum Qualifications: The Data Architect shall meet the requirements for the "Data Architect - Senior" labor category as defined in the CHESS ITES-3S contract vehicle and the following additional qualifications:
Seven (7) years of data architecture design experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and ETL
Seven (7) years of data modeling experience, creating both logical and physical designs.
Seven (7) years of experience conducting data architecture and ETL in or for an S&T mission focused organization.
Seven (7) years of experience conducting data architecture and ETL in or for the DoW or Federal Agency.
Experience designing Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), and various reporting systems.
