Senior Data Analyst

Location: San Francisco (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $130K - $185K + bonus + equity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to become the first analytics hire at a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the AI infrastructure space.

In this role, you will own the data foundation end-to-end, working closely with leadership to define key metrics, build dashboards, and generate insights that directly influence business decisions.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with a clear path to growth into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, build, and maintain core business metrics and KPIs
  • Develop dashboards and reporting using BI tools (Hex, Metabase, PostHog)
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Identify and resolve data quality and debugging issues
  • Support decision-making across product, operations, and leadership
  • Help establish and scale the company's data analytics function from scratch
