Job Location

The primary work location for this role is Berwyn, PA with a hybrid work model.

The Team You'll Join

You will join a collaborative and data-driven team focused on transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners, you will help drive data quality, reporting, and analytics initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes. This team values curiosity, continuous improvement, and leveraging modern data technologies to solve challenging problems and deliver measurable impact.

How You'll Contribute

Responsible for analyzing and transforming aggregated financial data into actionable insights for advisors, enterprises and partners. Develops analyses to enable better investment decisions, financial planning and client personalization. Transforms raw data into analytics, benchmarks and intelligence. Plays a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability across platforms and products.

  • Provides and Builds Data Analysis and Data Models services across multiple products, business or organizational areas.
  • Interacts with business leaders to understand key objectives and concerns.
  • Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting.
  • Pulls, builds and analyzes relevant data from multiple data sources.
  • Consults on predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.
  • Designs, develops and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
  • Monitors report and data availabilities and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.
  • Drives successful projects by providing action-oriented analyses and a data-driven approach.
  • Capable of building complex data logic that will turn into value for internal and external stakeholders.


What You'll Need to Bring
  • Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience using DBT for data transformation and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to support business decisions.

Our Investment in You

This role offers a base salary range of $86,000 to $107,500. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
