The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting a range of analytic deliverables that drive business insights. These deliverables include, but are not limited to, sales and performance reporting, campaign and marketing analytics, dealer and customer behavior analysis, as well as the development of dashboards and other data visualizations to support business decision-making.

The role also involves conducting strategic ad hoc analyses to inform overall business strategy, support day-to-day decision-making, and provide a deeper understanding of business performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior-both past and projected trends.

The analyst will collaborate with business partners to identify analytical needs, understand key challenges, and address critical business questions, while working closely with data and analytics team members to deliver actionable insights.

What you'll do:
  • Leverage strong data wrangling skills to query, join, and manipulate large datasets, create calculated variables, and automate data processes.
  • Analyze business and marketing program performance, including metrics such as response rates, sales lift, incremental revenue, net profit, and customer profiling.
  • Develop and support business and sales performance reporting (BPR), delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer analytics, customer experience analytics, program effectiveness, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx, and BigQuery, preferably within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, present key findings, and participate in team and stakeholder meetings.
  • Create clear and impactful presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks with visualizations and insights for business stakeholders.
  • (Preferred) Apply familiarity with the automotive service and parts industry to support targeted analytics initiatives.

What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role, with validated expertise in data manipulation, quality assurance, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as GCP/BigQuery, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to query, transform, visualize, and present complex data sets.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of at least one core analytics specialty.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering insights from data.
  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, able to collaborate successfully with partners from multiple teams and communicate results to customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and alignment to common standards.
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to changing business needs and evolving technologies.
  • A high degree of personal integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
