Full Job Description
Job Summary The Senior Data Analyst will support reporting and analytics initiatives for customers, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. The role will focus on generating insights from Clean Room technologies, including LiveRamp's Clean Room and emerging industry solutions such as Amazon Marketing Cloud and Google Ads Data Hub. The analyst will develop visualizations, dashboards, reports, measurement frameworks, and analytical solutions that help customers understand their data and make data-driven decisions. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, Python, measurement and attribution, data visualization, and AdTech analytics, along with the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead measurement initiatives and develop KPIs and learning plans aligned with customer marketing objectives. • Develop, implement, and maintain analytics systems, tools, and frameworks that enable efficient customer analysis. • Design approaches for observational analytics, including mining multidimensional datasets, and experimental methods to create scalable analysis templates and libraries. • Work hands-on with customer data to generate insights, answer key business questions, and support campaign optimization. • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. • Design and create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. • Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates and findings, and build relationships. • Present analytical findings internally and externally, using data to tell a clear story. • Communicate complex analytical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand measurement products and their methodologies. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand measurement and analytical needs and translate them into product improvements. • Contribute to the design of new analytical offerings. • Design and develop insightful dashboards using data visualization tools to support decision-making for internal and external stakeholders. • Generate insights from Clean Room technologies and related industry solutions. Required Qualifications • 9+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with expertise in measurement and attribution. • 10+ years of experience with SQL and Python. • Experience with marketing measurement analysis. • Experience developing data-driven dashboards and business intelligence solutions. • AdTech industry experience. • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field. • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences. • Ability to independently perform analysis using SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical methods. • Hands-on experience with Metabase, Tableau, and Looker. • Proven experience creating and presenting data-driven dashboards and presentations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience working in client-facing environments. • Ability to present complex analyses to large, non-technical audiences and communicate effectively with technical audiences. • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality, client-ready analytical reports across multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with the TV industry. • Experience working with Clean Room technologies such as LiveRamp's Clean Room. • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud and Google Ads Data Hub. • Experience developing scalable analytical templates and libraries across multiple customer use cases and industry verticals.
