Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer with 10+ years of relevant experience, beginning with a strong software engineering foundation and progressing into Machine Learning Engineering or Generative AI Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering, strong software development skills, deep backend engineering knowledge, and proven experience leading end-to-end architecture and design strategies for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and architectural leadership for machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering initiatives.
• Design and develop end-to-end application architectures and technical strategies.
• Apply strong machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering expertise to develop scalable solutions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of backend engineering principles, system design, and data-driven architectures.
• Provide technical and thought leadership across application design, architecture, and engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement scalable, maintainable, and data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with a background beginning in software engineering and progressing into Machine Learning Engineering or Generative AI Engineering roles.
• Extremely strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering.
• Strong programming foundation in Python and Java.
• Very strong architectural experience, including proven end-to-end application design strategy and technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of backend engineering principles, system design, and data-driven architectures.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Go or other modern software engineering languages.
