The OpportunityWe are seeking an expert Data Analyst to join the Adobe Stock Analytics and Insights team. Our team supports Adobe Stock's key strategic pillars. This role will focus specifically on User Engagement and Retention for Stock.
You will play a key role in defining and measuring success metrics for user acquisition, engagement, and retention flows. Working closely with Marketing and Product collaborators, you'll align business objectives with data-driven insights and build comprehensive dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization. What you'll Do- Be the go-to analytics partner for the largest segment of the Adobe Stock business.
- Define and implement success metrics for user acquisition, engagement, and retention flows within Adobe Stock's Core pillar
- Develop and manage dashboards that are in line with business targets and offer practical insights to Marketing and Product customers
- Lead independent data analytics initiatives with minimal mentorship, taking ownership of projects from conception to implementation
- Build reusable data models and artifacts that can be used across the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven direction on product improvements
- Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Implement Growth Accounting dashboards to track and visualize user cohorts and retention metrics
- Define and model the lifetime value, churn rate of Adobe Stock customers and develop strategies to optimize it
What you need to succeed- 4+ years of Data Analyst experience
- Strong SQL expertise for complex data querying and manipulation
- Proficiency with Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data analytics platforms
- Strong data modeling skills with ability to build reusable data artifacts
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience analyzing user journeys and lifecycle metrics
- Background in eCommerce analytics
- Experience with A/B testing methodology and analysis
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal mentorship
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,400 -- $226,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $156,500 - $226,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
