  • Manage outside counsel and oversee litigation strategy and budgets
  • Support fact development, document preservation, expert coordination, and settlement analysis
  • Draft and negotiate settlements, waivers, and dispute-related agreements
  • Collaborate with finance, insurance, and compliance teams on risk exposure
  • Monitor dispute trends and drive lessons learned and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Provide training to project and commercial teams on claims and dispute topics
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners

Senior Counsel - Execution Management

Role Overview

The Senior Counsel - Execution Management serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders with a focus on managing complex disputes, claims, and enterprise risk across major power generation and EPC projects. This role leads dispute strategy across the full project lifecycle, providing practical, risk-balanced legal guidance aligned with corporate strategy and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration across EPC and power generation projects.
