Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Senior Corporate Development Manager to help shape Legora9s long-term growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. You9ll sit close to the executive team and operate at the center of some of the company9s most consequential decisions - build, buy, or partner - with a mandate to turn strategy into action.

This is a senior, high-impact role with real ownership. You9ll lead complex, cross-functional work end to end, influence product and market strategy, and help define Legora9s trajectory as we scale.

What You9ll Do

You9ll work closely with Legora9s leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute the opportunities that matter most for our long-term growth. From early strategic thinking to deal execution and integration, you9ll own the full lifecycle and help align teams around a clear strategic direction.

More than that, we believe you will thrive by taking ownership of:
  • Partnering with the executive team to define strategic priorities and assess build, buy, and partner opportunities
  • Developing strategic theses, business case memos, financial analyses, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
  • Owning corporate development processes end to end, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration
  • Leading financial analysis to support valuation, negotiations, and investment decisions
  • Building perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics, and relevant VC, partnership, and M&A activity
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and People to drive alignment and execution
What You Bring

You9re someone who combines strong strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You9re comfortable operating in ambiguity, enjoy owning complex problems, and know how to move between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis without losing momentum.

More than that, we believe you will bring:
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Strategy, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end to end
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
  • A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in fast-moving environments
  • A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market
Nice to Have

While not required, we think this role could be an especially strong fit if you9ve operated in high-growth technology environments or worked close to product-led businesses. Experience in adjacent markets or prior operating roles can be a meaningful advantage.

More than that, we9d be excited if you bring:
  • Experience in corporate development at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Exposure to legal tech, enterprise software, or regulated B2B markets
  • A background that blends strategy, transactions, and operating experience
What9s In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.
  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision
    • Multiple medical plan options via Aetna and Kaiser Permanente
    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)
    • Dental plans via MetLife
    • Vision plans via Vision Care

    Family Support
    • Generous parental leave
    • Free access to Maven Clinic
    • Dependent Care FSA
    • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

    Additional Perks
    • Pre-tax commuter benefits
    • Life Insurance + STD/LTD
    • 401(K) with generous company match
    • Unlimited PTO
    • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more
