Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll ensure insights are practical, actionable, and aligned to broader organizational priorities.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Translate complex information into clear, relevant insights for decision-making.
  • Workforce Reviews - Lead in-depth workforce reviews involving complex and highly sensitive workplace matters. Identify, assess, and escalate risks and concerns while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, applicable legislation, and sound governance practices.
  • Reporting and Presentations - Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations tailored to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Help leaders understand implications, evaluate options, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration and Strategic Influence - Partner with HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to align insights with business priorities and shape workforce initiatives. Build trusted relationships that support continuous improvement and meaningful change.

  • You have a degree in human resources, business, psychology, sociology, or a related field. It's an asset if you have a master's degree.
