Qualifications

• Proficient in Python or Java, and Typescripts
• Advanced SQL knowledge or expertise in Data Orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with RAG, fine-tuning LLMs, and agentic frameworks
• Experience in deployment on Cloud Service Providers (CSP) or On-Premise
• Client-facing experience in building and designing technical solutions
• 6-10 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Architect with hands-on capabilities
• Strong problem decomposition and technical roadmap architecture skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to conceive and architect applications
• Build full-stack applications rapidly, ideally in days rather than months
• Act as the primary technical owner for client projects
• Develop production-grade solutions that leverage client data into actionable workflows
• Explain past product and service developments from both domain and business perspectives
• Articulate technical concepts clearly and explain code and refactoring processes using AI-generated tools
