Job Description
CGI supports organizations through strategic, organizational, digital, and operational transformations. As a **Senior Consultant - Strategy, Transformation & Business Architecture**, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will help define their vision, design future operating models, evolve organizational capabilities, and deliver sustainable transformation.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, business and enterprise architecture, organizational transformation, change management, innovation, and artificial intelligence. You will also contribute to the development of our service offerings, the visibility of our practice, and the growth of our consulting business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Transformation
• Support organizations in defining their vision, strategic direction, and transformation priorities.
• Conduct organizational assessments, strategic analyses, and opportunity studies.
• Develop realistic roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
• Advise executive leadership teams on strategic decision-making and the management of complex transformations.
• Assess the benefits, risks, organizational impacts, and critical success factors of transformation initiatives.
Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
• Define and evolve business architectures aligned with strategic objectives.
• Model business capabilities, value streams, journeys, services, products, and key organizational processes.
• Define Target Operating Models.
• Conduct gap analyses between current-state and target-state environments.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment between strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise architecture frameworks, guiding principles, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support the governance of transformation initiatives and strategic investments.
Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
• Support clients in identifying and prioritizing opportunities related to artificial intelligence, data, and automation.
• Conduct digital and organizational maturity assessments.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Assess the operational, workforce, regulatory, and governance impacts associated with digital transformation.
• Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and responsible AI adoption practices.
Change Management and Organizational Development
• Define and implement approaches that support the adoption and sustainability of change.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments and develop stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support managers and teams in evolving their practices and ways of working.
• Measure adoption, benefits realization, and the evolution of organizational capabilities.
Facilitation, Training, and Knowledge Transfer
• Design and facilitate strategic workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, presentations, conferences, and awareness initiatives.
• Produce learning materials, guides, tools, and knowledge-transfer approaches.
• Act as a facilitator for multidisciplinary teams and executive groups.
Business Development and Leadership
• Contribute to the development of service offerings and practice methodologies.
• Support the preparation of proposals and the pursuit of business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Contribute to CGI's visibility through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and participation in professional events and communities.
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, business architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation or organizational modernization engagements.
• Strong understanding of business architecture and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience defining operating models, transformation roadmaps, and organizational strategies.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational development approaches.
• Understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with artificial intelligence, data, and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, and ability to translate complex concepts into clear and accessible language.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with a variety of audiences, including executive leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Requirements
• Certified Business Architect (CBA®) certification.
• Knowledge of BIZBOK® and Business Architecture Guild practices.
• TOGAF®, CCMP®, or equivalent certification.
• Training or certification in artificial intelligence, innovation, design thinking, or agile methodologies.
• Experience in complex or highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations or strategic programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities: CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80.000-$145,000 This role is an existing vacancy
