EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant - SAP Analytics / SAP Datasphere to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex SAP Analytics transformation programs, support clients in designing and implementing scalable reporting and analytics solutions and contribute to the growth of EY's SAP Analytics capabilities.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who combines strong hands-on SAP Analytics and SAP Datasphere experience with excellent client-facing skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, solving complex data and reporting challenges, and contributing to high-performing project teams.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant - SAP Analytics / SAP Datasphere, you will support client and EY teams in designing, building, and implementing SAP Analytics solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs. This Senior Consultant version translates those expectations into a delivery-focused role with strong technical contribution and emerging leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Work with clients and EY project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Support the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of SAP Analytics solutions across SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related platforms.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions and provide hands-on technical support across data modeling, reporting, integration, and analytics workstreams.
  • Assist in developing scalable data models, analytical models, replication flows, transformation flows, and reporting solutions within SAP Datasphere and related tools.
  • Support full life-cycle delivery activities, including prepare, high-level design, detailed design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, offshore, and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and effective project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, client-facing materials, presentations, and status updates.
  • Stay current on SAP Analytics trends, reporting tools, and emerging technologies relevant to SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Help coach junior team members by sharing technical knowledge, project delivery best practices, and lessons learned.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
Toronto and British Columbia: 90,500 to $136,000
  • Victoria: 81,500 to 122,500
