Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
- Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates
- Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
- Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets
