Full Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, Business Transformation, you will lead high-impact transformation initiatives that shape how Moneris operates and grows. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business results. Through data-driven analysis and process innovation, you will help optimize operations, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth across the organization. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Business Transformation. Posting Type: New Position. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs, develop transformation strategies, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Design and optimize business processes and workflows to enhance operational performance while maintaining customer experience standards. Lead process analysis, modeling, and improvement initiatives, providing expertise on automation and process optimization opportunities. Identify and implement process integration opportunities, supporting the adoption of new processes and operational changes across the organization. Develop data-driven business cases, analyses, and presentations to support process improvement recommendations and investment decisions. Analyze complex business information and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements and operational enhancements. Present recommendations, insights, and executive-level updates to senior leadership. Partner with product and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer needs. Required skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, business consulting, or a related field. Strong expertise in: Process mapping and design, customer journey mapping, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Business process reengineering, Value stream mapping, Continuous improvement frameworks, Root cause analysis, service design Deep knowledge of project management, customer experience optimization, cost efficiency initiatives, and process design. Experience developing business cases and conducting financial analysis. Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Ability to present complex analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders. Business acumen with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results. Experience that would set you apart Prior industry experience Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-enabled process improvements. Knowledge of process mining tools, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Miro, or similar platforms. Bilingual English and French.
