What this job involves:The Senior Construction Project Manager role involves leading end-to-end project delivery by developing and executing project strategies, budgets, and schedules that align with both JLL and client objectives. The position serves as the primary client contact, guiding stakeholders through all design and construction phases while coordinating due diligence, contractor selection, and cross-functional team collaboration. The successful candidate will maintain master schedules across multiple projects, manage performance against critical milestones, and ensure timely project completion within established parameters.
What your day-to-day will look like:- Act as the primary Senior level contact with the client throughout the duration of the project
- Develop and execute project specific goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy
- Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and Client needs
- Maintain open, transparent communication with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal partners throughout project lifecycles, documenting expectations and escalating issues appropriately
- Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team
- Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions
- Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects within required timeframes
- Understand and consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare various RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services
- Manage bidding process, including vendor selection
- Forecast spend monthly on all projects in alignment with Client's Capital Plan
- Facilitate all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal and external stakeholders
- Guide the Client and architectural team through the design process from concept to final construction documents.
- Manage construction contractors through onboarding, construction, commissioning, punchlist, and closeout
- Travel as required throughout the Massachusetts region (Estimated 25%)
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role
- Ability to clearly communicate to the client and team to achieve project goals
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.)
- Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders
- Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience directing senior level project management services on client projects
- Experience with RFP preparation for vendor and contractor services and selection process management
- Knowledge of vendor and project team performance management for compliance with contractual requirements
- Understanding of potential liabilities and risk identification, management and mitigation
- Experienced in managing Client relationships

Estimated compensation for this position:130,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
