Role Scope- Run a data center construction project end to end: budget, schedule, contracts, and stakeholders from notice to proceed through turnover.
- Manage GC and trade contracts commercially: change orders, pay applications, claims, and closeout with no surprises.
- Chair the owner-architect-contractor rhythm and keep decisions moving at build speed.
- Hand the finished building to commissioning and operations clean, with documentation that survives the first audit.

- You've negotiated change orders where the contractor's position was well-argued and wrong.
- You run meetings that end in decisions with owners and dates.
- You've managed design teams and contractors simultaneously without becoming the bottleneck.
- Your project documentation has survived a claim or an audit.
- Bonus: Data center or mission critical projects. EPC or design-build contracts. Cost control tooling. Commissioning handover.
