  • Leading organizational project change initiatives, introducing new ideas and approaches to improve delivery performance
  • Collaborating across engineering, project controls, procurement, and construction teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution
  • Communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients, presenting complex proposals, risks, and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Influencing stakeholders and fostering a cooperative, team-based environment that drives accountability and performance
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of construction systems, processes, and tools

What you'll bring to the role:
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, or technical project delivery, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-impact construction projects or programs with measurable delivery outcomes
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to align execution with cost, schedule, and performance objectives
