Field Construction Manager

Join RoyalX, a division of DominionX, as a Full-Time Field Construction Manager and lead construction projects in Northern Virgina and District Heights, MD.

This role is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements. The Manager of Field Construction manages a team of construction supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel, while liaising with developers, engineers, architects, and community stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within the master planned community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of field construction activities within the master planned community, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
