Senior Compensation Analyst

Are you a data-driven expert with a passion for building strategic compensation programs and driving organizational equity?

CJ Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to play a critical role in the evaluation, implementation, and administration of company-wide compensation programs. This hybrid role is perfect for a strategic problem-solver who can bridge the gap between organizational objectives and high-performance technical solutions using analytics and reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate roles against industry benchmarks and salary surveys to maintain a standardized job catalog and robust architectural hierarchy.
  • Align compensation programs with business objectives to drive talent attraction, retention, and internal pay equity.
  • Create predictive models to forecast the financial impact of new programs or salary adjustments.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and research market competitiveness and global pay transparency trends.
  • Implement and continuously refine salary grades and pay structures within (Dayforce) and CompAnalyst.
  • Serve as the lead for calculating, tracking, and auditing commissions and year-end bonuses for Sales and Operations teams.
  • Provide dedicated support for the annual compensation planning process, including system readiness for merit and bonus cycles.
  • Manage technical integrations and data flow between Dayforce and external systems like Salary.com and CompAnalyst.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dayforce HRIS regarding compensation module functionality and enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize system configurations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting logic and ensure data integrity across all compensation platforms.
  • Conduct annual Pay Equity audits and proactively audit internal practices to ensure 100% compliance with FLSA and local laws.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR and Talent Acquisition to support effective, budget-conscious pay decisions.
  • Assist in designing, interpreting, and communicating compensation-related policies and procedures across the organization.


What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR-related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and the ability to audit large data sets.
  • Experience with HRIS modules and data exchange processes between external business tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
  • High level of discretion to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and articulate technical solutions to stakeholders.


Physical Requirements

  • Office/Sedentary Role
  • This is largely a sedentary role requiring the physical ability to:
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk while working on a computer
  • Use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and telephone
  • Speak and hear clearly in person, virtually, and over the phone
  • Occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, or lift up to 10 pounds

  • Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a minimum base salary of $100,000, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
