Position SummaryThe Senior Provider Compensation Partner is a vital role providing expert consultative subject matter expertise, guidance and analysis at MultiCare Health System. In this position you will work cross-functionally with leadership and human potential on matters related to provider compensation in assigned hospitals and units to help meet business objectives while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- You will provide a high level of customer service, support and guidance to assigned hospital and units with provider compensation related matters, resolving escalated issues and inquiries timely with a high degree of accuracy
- You will monitor existing programs and tools for ongoing issues and concerns
- You will provide timely, accurate and appropriate levels of information to facilitate sound decision making
- You will analyze compensation content and/or outcomes through appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or four (4) years' experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certification in related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in Compensation, to include experience researching complex compensation issues, market analysis and developing innovative compensation recommendations for solutions in a large organization, preferably in health care
- Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation a plus
Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $116,272.00 - $167,336.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
