Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services, SAP for its Utilities vertical. The person will lead all the client interfaces within the assigned account, working with the Group Managers to build the account plan, and will be responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.
This role requires a candidate with extensive SAP experience, particularly in driving business growth and managing client relationships around SAP-led transformation opportunities. A candidate who has successfully sold SAP solutions within the utilities landscape will be an ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close, with a strong focus on SAP-led solution pursuits and transformation opportunities
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client, including those related to SAP programs and engagements
• Account planning and governance: Create the account plan, including the required relationships, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc., with emphasis on identifying and advancing SAP-driven business opportunities

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Experience in the SAP domain is a must-have
• Strong experience in selling SAP solutions and driving SAP-related business development
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience managing various utility accounts and SAP solutions sales and implementation
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 12+ years of experience
• Knowledge of utilities industry-specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of utilities industry-specific business issues and drivers
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
• Prior success in selling and positioning SAP solutions for utilities clients will be strongly preferred
