Role description

You Are:

As the Senior Client Partner for UST, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor to Client Partners across the Manufacturing vertical. Your focus will be on guiding account teams with actionable insights into UST's product and solution offerings, enabling manufacturing clients to achieve greater success. You will also shape go-to-market strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and drive growth through thought leadership and domain expertise.

The Opportunity:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Client Partners, providing strategic guidance on leveraging UST's digital transformation solutions to address manufacturing-specific challenges such as personalization, inventory optimization, and digital commerce.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies that align with industry trends and client priorities, ensuring competitive positioning and differentiated value.
  • Deliver insights on UST's product portfolio and solution capabilities to help Client Partners co-create innovative offerings for manufacturing clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners to ensure client success through measurable business outcomes, high CSAT, and strategic advisory support.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships across the Manufacturing vertical, positioning UST as a thought leader and trusted partner.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to enable Client Partners in driving growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate client engagement and deliver excellence in every interaction.


What you need:
  • At least 15 years of experience in client relationship management and strategic account development, with proven impact on revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Manufacturing industry, including trends in digital transformation and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advisory and influence client strategies through domain expertise.
  • Proven success in driving profitable growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Thought leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at the CXO and CXO-1 level, with a consultative, industry-informed approach.


Bonus points:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience impacting or advising product strategy and/or product go to market


Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $ 174,000-$261,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
