Our Pasadena Benefits team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Client Executive who's ready to lead from the front. What You'll Do: - Participate as a team leader by providing support to all levels in various capacities.
- Responsible for assisting in new business opportunities and developing retention strategies for existing clients by working collaboratively with assigned producer(s).
- Responsible for engineering and managing efficient workflow within the team.
- Plan and execute the renewal process for assigned account as well as those assigned to others.
- Provide exceptional internal and external client services.
- Behavior consistently reflects the best interest of the client, employees, and Bolton.
- Directly responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to the team.
- Responsible for clarity of goals, delegation of duties and workflow within the team.
- Possess working knowledge of agency management system and ensure proper utilization.
- Participate in the review process and mentorship of each team member.
- Work effectively with BBS personnel in the development of a service management program for clients.
- Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for the Department and Bolton & Company.
- Function as primary contact for clients as appropriate.
- Responsible for account rounding.
- Responsible for marketing process.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client's business.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors.
- Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required.
- Pursue a program for personal and professional development, including attending educational classes in your specific field and those offered by IMA in communication, leadership, corporate language and other classes as recommended by leaders
What you need to succeed: - College degree preferred. 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Life/Health License
- Hold and maintain high level designation appropriate for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and develop others to perform and contribute to the organization.

- Willingness to continue a program for professional development
- Ability to be flexible
Salary Range
$161,700-$202,100 USD
