ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

KHAITE is looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Client Advisor to join our team for our new store opening in Bal Harbour. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional who excels at cultivating long-term client relationships, delivering personalized service, and serving as a brand ambassador.

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales, cultivating lasting client relationships, mentoring fellow team members, and serving as a brand ambassador by delivering an elevated in-store experience that reflects KHAITE's commitment to craftsmanship and elevated service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Sales
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized styling, relationship building, and thoughtful clienteling.
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal client book, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, and accessories.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide styling recommendations tailored to each individual's lifestyle and preferences.
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, events, and special services.
  • Execute appointments, wardrobe consultations, and virtual selling opportunities as appropriate.
  • Manage client consignments in accordance with company policies, including coordinating product requests, tracking shipments, ensuring timely follow-up, and delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Brand Representation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying KHAITE's values and aesthetic in every client interaction.
  • Maintain a luxury boutique environment that reflects the highest visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Support store events, trunk shows, and VIP experiences to strengthen client relationships and community engagement.

Leadership & Team Support
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and sales performance.
  • Coach and support Client Advisors by sharing best practices in selling, styling, and client development.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team environment.
  • Assist leadership with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Act as a floor leader in the absence of store management when needed.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of KHAITE's collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand story while actively participating in and contributing to ongoing product knowledge and training initiatives.
  • Champion product knowledge within the team by reinforcing key storytelling moments to elevate the client experience.

Operations
  • Support daily operational responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, replenishment, and stock organization.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and omnichannel orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Action oriented; drive for results
  • Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading peers is preferred
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Education/Experience:
  • 4-7 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear or luxury fashion
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals in a client-driven environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a high-performing client book
  • Familiarity with luxury clienteling tools and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Foreign Languages a plus
  • Existing network of clientele in the local market is highly preferred
