Position Description: We are seeking a Sr. Change Leader to support an enterprise-wide transformation and change enablement effort across multiple sites. This person will lead the overall change workstream and coordinate closely with stakeholders.
The role is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.
Scope/Responsibilities:
• Own change strategy across 60+ locations
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans
• Provide sponsor and plant leader coaching
• Identify and manage people-related risks
• Develop communications strategy, key messages, and toolkits
• Partner with training vendor as change/training liaison
• Establish change governance and operating cadence
• Track adoption, readiness, and change metrics
• Develop change playbook and rollout approach
Required:
• Senior-level change management leadership experience
• Large-scale transformation experience
• Manufacturing or plant operations change experience
• Executive stakeholder management
• Change strategy development and execution
• Communications and stakeholder engagement planning

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
