Position Description: We are seeking a Communications Lead to partner with key stakeholders to plan and develop communications supporting HRIS initiatives, including Workforce Management and Payroll.
The role is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Communications Planning, Strategy, and Development
. Work closely with subject matter experts, product owners, and corporate communications teams to develop and deliver communications for multiple HRIS initiatives.
. Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and recommend an appropriate communications approach.
. Present communication plans to project teams and clearly explain the purpose and timing of each communication. Develop a range of communication materials including targeted messaging, video scripts, internal web content, in-platform banner messages, and company-wide announcements.
. Maintain and update the HRIS communications tracker using Smartsheet.
Communications Timeline Planning and Reviews
. Create and manage communication timelines from initial drafting through final distribution.
. Coordinate reviews with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into updated versions.
. Ensure review deadlines are met and follow up as needed to keep communications on track.
Change Management Support
. Provide additional change management support as needed, including developing quick reference guides, FAQs, user documentation updates, change impact assessments, and stakeholder analyses.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
