We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished Senior Change Management Consultant with an extensive track record in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead high-visibility transformation strategies across the enterprise. In this role, you will take full ownership of the people-side of change, ensuring that large-scale structural, process, and technological transitions achieve maximum adoption and minimal resistance. Operating as a trusted strategic advisor, you will design actionable blueprints that bridge the gap between project execution and operational readiness, guiding diverse stakeholders and executive leadership smoothly through complex corporate transformations. ...
