About the RoleWar Room Inc. is looking for a
Senior Campaign Manager to join our Performance team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee advertising and digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis, while ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.
This position requires both
strategic thinking and
hands-on expertise in managing complex, omnichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Optimization Specialists to deliver high-impact results, mentor junior staff, and contribute to War Room's reputation as a leader in programmatic advertising.

What You'll Be Doing- Assess client products, services, and goals to determine advertising and marketing needs
- Advise clients and internal teams on strategies for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Develop strategies and content for digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Search, Display, Video, etc.) and implement them effectively
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure timely, error-free delivery
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize campaigns using performance data, industry benchmarks, and research tools (ComScore, Emarketer, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for client-facing reporting, presentations, and communication
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align campaign execution with client goals and business outcomes
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to build department expertise
- Stay current with advertising technology trends and emerging tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
Skills + Experience- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or business
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital campaign management, media planning/buying, or advertising
- Experience with digital media planning & buying
- Certified on DV360, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook/Meta.
- Certified in Campaign Management 360 is a must.
- Set-up experience on Search Ads (Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo) & DV360
- General understanding of Facebook Business Manager, DCM, and familiarity with other demand-side platforms
- Experience with managing media spend budgets of 5 million+ annually
- Experience with Third Party creative automation platforms such as Spaceback.
- Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization tools.
- Familiar with media & research tools like ComScore, Emarketer, etc
- Familiar in Google Tag Manager to understand tags and be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, macros, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the ad tech landscape
- Excellent English communication skills (in-person, phone & email)
- Capacity to work under pressure on various business verticals
- Strong attention to detail is required

The pay range for this role is:
76,128 - 88,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
