Overview

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Transformation & Sales Operations Partner, you will drive strategic initiatives, operational rigor, and business transformation across our global Go-to-Market organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to shape operating models, enhance the seller experience, and establish consistent operational standards across diverse segments and personas. You will play a pivotal role in governing our Sales Franchise, aligning business processes with internal tooling roadmaps, and piloting modern sales programs and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Franchise & Operating Governance

  • Help define, standardize, and continuously evolve how the Sales Franchise operates -  establishing the operating standards, best practices, and cadence across sales and success teams.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment and governance forums to ensure consistent execution, clear rules of engagement, and operational alignment across global teams.

  • Drive structured intake, prioritization, and change management efforts for broad organizational initiatives and process enhancements.

  • Partner with leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational rhythms and communication outbriefs.

2. GTM Transformation & Program Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, organizational initiatives, and system evolutions that support scalable growth.

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operational partners, and technical teams to ensure internal solutions align with evolving business needs.

  • Facilitate feedback loops across various field personas to identify operational friction and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across planning, enablement, and operational execution to support seamless rollouts.

3. Process Optimization & Next-Generation Initiatives

  • Support pipeline health, opportunity hygiene, and qualification consistency across the business.

  • Help evaluate and pilot innovative workflows, guided methodologies, and data-driven selling initiatives to support field efficiency.

  • Design and monitor operational metrics, pilots, and feedback channels to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs.

  • Foster cross-team collaboration to support specialized business motions and operational alignment across the customer journey.

Pay Ranges

In The Americas, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $152,100 - $198,575

Zone B: $136,890 - $178,718

Zone C: $126,243 - $164,817
