What will you do?
  • Business Analysis Planning - stakeholder analysis, estimate requirements, manage risks, assumptions & constraints, define business analysis approach, lead requirements activities to drive business priorities
  • Lead 1:1 elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of problem-domain and prepare requirements drafts
  • Requirements Analysis & Documentation - facilitate, elicit, analyze, document, provide consulting and partner with 3rd party vendors
  • Requirements Management & Support- manage process from elicitation through to testing & implementation
  • Leadership & Relationship Management - build relationships internally and externally to create an environment of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in related discipline (minimum)
  • Proven ability to gather Business and Systems requirements independently, having strong business analysis and systems analysis skills.
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Agile (preferred), Waterfall and/or Iterative
  • Experience in Requirements analysis and quality documentation: Scope Modelling, Business Process Modelling, Use Cases, Data Requirements, Business Rules Analysis, Non-Functional Requirements, User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
  • Excellent collaboration skills, attention to detail, gap analysis, and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills required; will be working with BU stakeholders and IT stakeholders
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
  • Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Mural and LucidChart


Nice-to-have
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute -Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI - PBA) (Preferred)
  • Master's Certificate in Business Analysis (Preferred)
  • Experience in working with vendors and multiple system integrations
