Location: Garden Grove, CA
Territory: Greater Los Angeles & San Diego Region
Salary Range: $131,000 - $161,000 (commensurate with experience)

The STRUCTURAL Building Envelope team is growing, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts throughout Southern California.

Based out of our Garden Grove office and working closely with our New York Building Envelope team, this role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on developing strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities, and bringing innovative restoration solutions to owners, engineers, architects, and contractors.

This is a highly visible role with significant market influence and the opportunity to shape the future of one of the industry's leading specialty restoration contractors.

About our Building Envelope Team:

Our Building Envelope team specializes in restoring, protecting, and extending the life of commercial and public structures through services including:
  • Building Envelope & Facade Restoration
  • Concrete Balcony Restoration
  • Rope Access Restoration & Maintenance
  • Leak Investigations & Root Cause Analysis
  • Roof Repairs & Retrofits
  • Fenestration Repair
  • Shelf Angle & Three-Course Flashing Retrofits
  • Structural Concrete Repair
  • Historic Restoration
  • Waterproofing & Building Envelope Rehabilitation


Successful Impacts Include
  • Developing, strengthening, and expanding relationships with building owners, property managers, engineers, architects, and general contractors throughout Southern California
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the commercial and public markets
  • Partnering with engineering firms to diagnose building envelope challenges and develop effective restoration solutions
  • Leading sales calls, lunch-and-learns, seminars, trade events, and networking initiatives
  • Managing strategic accounts and growing long-term client partnerships
  • Creating and presenting proposals that address complex customer needs
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Estimating, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales and growth objectives


What You Bring
  • 10+ years of successful business development or sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing client relationships
  • Experience selling specialty construction services, restoration solutions, or related technical products/services
  • Strong network within the Southern California commercial construction market
  • Familiarity with engineers, architects, building owners, property managers, and general contractors
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Construction restoration or building envelope experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout Southern California (70-80%)
