Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in development (Power BI, SQL, Python), excellent client management skills, and in-depth understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (Client) domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading data-driven projects, and delivering high-impact insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Data & Analytics:
- Perform data exploration, profiling, and analysis using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Interpret data patterns and trends to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data sources.
- Client Engagement & Delivery:
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
- Provide analytical support to clients and internal teams, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
- Client Domain Expertise:
