Qualifications

Graham is actively recruiting a BIM Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the BIM Manager, this role supports a specific project and provides BIM-related assistance to senior project staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents. The BIM Coordinator applies a working knowledge of construction projects to support core BIM tasks as required.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Coordinate and manage BIM models using tools such as Revit and Navisworks, including model setup, federation, exports, and as-built documentation.
  • Perform clash detection, generate reports, and support coordination meetings by reviewing findings with project managers and trades.
  • Maintain and execute the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring models and deliverables align with project goals and coordination standards.
  • Support project teams in the adoption and use of Digital Construction Technologies, including providing guidance and facilitating training as needed.
  • Act as a key communication link between project stakeholders by identifying risks, highlighting conflicts, and providing data to support informed decision-making


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction is preferred.

Compensation
  • Salary Range $90,000 to $115,000 per annum
