Challenging Projects:As a
Senior BI Analyst with JCTM, you will provide enterprise business intelligence, data analysis, and performance management support for a pending federal data management contract. This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational objectives into enterprise reporting strategies, performance metrics, and analytical solutions that support informed decision-making.
Working collaboratively with Government stakeholders, Data Architects, Data Engineers, BI Developers, GIS personnel, and application development teams, the Senior BI Analyst ensures reporting solutions align with business priorities, improve operational performance, and support enterprise modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business analysis activities supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and decision-support initiatives.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders to identify, document, validate, and prioritize reporting and business intelligence requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend reporting strategies that improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.
- Develop functional requirements supporting dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Define and maintain enterprise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Validate enterprise reporting accuracy and coordinate resolution of reporting discrepancies and data quality issues.
- Support enterprise reporting governance through development of business rules, reporting standards, metadata, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, BI Developers, GIS personnel, and application teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives.
- Support deployment of new reporting capabilities and modernization initiatives impacting enterprise analytics.
- Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, business process documentation, and executive briefing materials.
- Participate in Agile planning, sprint reviews, user acceptance testing, backlog refinement, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Advise Government leadership on business intelligence strategies, reporting priorities, and opportunities to improve organizational performance.

Work Location: This position is expected to be performed remotely within the United States. Periodic on-site support may be required based on customer or mission needs.
You Have:- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience supporting enterprise business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or performance management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and reporting requirements.
- Experience translating complex business processes into functional and technical reporting requirements.
- Experience developing enterprise dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and executive reporting products.
- Experience analyzing operational data, identifying performance trends, and recommending business process improvements.
- Experience validating reporting accuracy, resolving data quality issues, and supporting enterprise reporting governance.
- Experience developing business process documentation, user procedures, training materials, and executive briefings.
- Experience supporting Agile software development lifecycle activities including user acceptance testing, sprint planning, and change management.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, Government stakeholders, and business users.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all USDA-required background investigation and system access credentials.
- Ability to work effectively in a predominantly remote Agile development environment with periodic onsite support as required.
- Ability to prepare executive briefings, technical documentation, user guidance, and business process documentation.
