Role Overview:This role provides advanced technical expertise for the integration, troubleshooting, and support of complex Audio/Video (AV) systems, functioning as an L3 Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Support video walls, studios, auditoriums, and command centers.
- Configure and integrate audio/video/control systems.
- Assist with performance optimization and upgrades.
- Support event and executive environments as needed.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in AV integration, including DSP, control systems, and video routing.
- Experience with streaming platforms such as Vbrick, Teams, and Zoom.
- Strong capabilities in network and AV interoperability troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with studio systems, including TriCaster, multi-camera setups, and Pro Tools basics.
- Knowledge of digital signage solutions like Appspace CMS and BrightSign players.
- Expertise in video walls, specifically Planar LED configuration and calibration.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, AV, or Telecommunications.
Preferred Skills:- AVIXA CTS-I (Installation) certification.
- OEM certifications from vendors such as Crestron, Extron, and QSC.
