Job Description

The Senior Associate / Vice President role presents an opportunity to originate, structure, and execute private infrastructure investments, primarily focused on flexible capital, unitranche, high-yield, preferred equity, and mezzanine capital. This role is ideally suited for a self-motivated individual seeking a dynamic work environment. He/she will (i) source and screen new investment opportunities with senior management; (ii) perform due diligence including operational, financial, valuation and industry analyses; (ii) review / build detailed financial models including working with associates and analysts on the team to prepare underwriting cases and investment committee material; (iv) structure and execute term sheets and financing documents; and (vi) monitor existing portfolio investments.

Requirements:
  • 6-10+ years of investment banking or related experience, ideally in infrastructure, energy, direct investing or credit.
  • Skilled in economic, financial, and data analysis; including discounted cash flows, financial statements, economics, equity valuation, and modeling
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail; effective multi-tasker in fast-paced settings
  • Strong communication, relationship management and presentation skills
  • Effective use of internal/external resources; hands-on approach to managing tasks
  • Strong risk management, judgement, and fiduciary responsibility; self-motivated with an owner-operator mindset


Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
