Capgemini is seeking Senior React Developer for fulltime position at Philapdelphia, PA.
Your role
- Ability to effectively leverage AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, troubleshooting, and code reviews while adhering to secure coding standards.
- Experience performing code reviews, mentoring developers, establishing frontend best practices, and driving engineering excellence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product owners, UX designers, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Your skills and experiences
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with modern UI frameworks and styling libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, Styled Components, Fluent UI, or similar solutions.
- Expertise in building responsive, reusable, component-based architectures with strong focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing Accessibility (WCAG 2.1, ADA, ARIA) standards and delivering inclusive, compliant web applications.
- Strong understanding of state management solutions including Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, and React Query.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native applications, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Codeium, or Amazon Q to improve developer productivity and software quality.
- Nice to have experience with Next.js, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, micro-frontend architectures, and GitHub Copilot adoption initiatives.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
