Job Location : Malvern, PAJob Description A Senior Appian Developer designs, builds, and deploys enterprise-grade low-code applications and automated workflows.
The role requires 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience, an active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential, and expertise in integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
Required QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
Certifications: Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
Technical Skills: Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 to 130000
