Full Job Description
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Telecommunications Funding Program to work within the CHC funding service line, assisting in the day to day operation by completing and submitting the appropriate documentation to appropriate agencies, interfacing with clients and governmental agencies, as well as developing and presenting regular client reports and CHC reportsCHC's Telecom Funding Program product line is instrumental in helping rural hospitals reduce telecom spend while improving telecommunication services. A background in the telecom industry is desired. This individual must be organized and possess strong analytical skills.

Requirements

Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education, certifications and related experience.
  • Minimum 2 year hands-on USAC program experience
  • Experience supporting USAC programs

Major Responsibilities
  • Work with VP to develop and execute on process improvement plans.
  • Work with VP to develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports for CHC and clients.
  • Work with VP to develop and maintain a program to support Telecom Consulting to maximize program value and improve client telecom services.
  • Work with VP to define annual sales goals and meet regularly to update progress on meeting goals.
  • Complete, submit, and receive approval for all required forms related to the RHC Telecommunication and HCF Programs.
  • Keep clients informed of changes in program processes.
  • Interact with FCC/USAC to improve CHC/USAC relations, to facilitate funding and improve processes.
  • Attend USAC training and related conferences to establish and maintain key relationships while staying up-to-date on program and industry specifics.
  • Maintain USAC Customer database and develop process, policy and procedures.
  • Work with VP to track client telecommunications services.
  • Work with VP to prepare and submit all USAC forms necessary to ensure compliance and facilitate maximum available funding.
  • Work with VP to oversee the bidding process for all funding requests to ensure program compliance.
  • Assist clients with USAC Audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
