Full Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Store Experience & Operational Intelligence, serves as the enterprise integrator of workforce, customer, and operational data to enable consistent, scalable, and standardized store performance across Holt Renfrew.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and evolving enterprise data frameworks, analytics, reporting and operational processes that support Store Experience teams while aligning to governance standards. The Senior Analyst works closely with Workforce Management, E‑commerce, Client Experience, Food, and IT to translate business needs into sustainable, governed, and AI‑enabled solutions that drive performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Intelligence, Process Design & Data Integration

  • Design and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes connecting workforce planning, store operations, clientelling, and enterprise performance management.

  • Develop and manage data frameworks, pipelines, and models aligned with enterprise standards and governance.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized data workflows and reporting solutions.

  • Act as an analytics and process support partner to Store Experience, Workforce Management, E‑commerce, Client Experience, and Food teams.

  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity, decision‑making, and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with IT to ensure secure, compliant, and governed analytics solutions within enterprise architecture.

Performance Insights, Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to measure enterprise and store performance.

  • Develop Power BI dashboards within Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and clarity.

  • Analyze trends across sales, traffic, conversion, labour productivity, and operational performance.

  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders and operational teams to support business decisions.

  • Continuously evolve reporting to improve consistency, usability, and accountability.

Workforce & Operational Analytics Support

  • Partner closely with Workforce Management on planning, forecasting, and analytics.

  • Align labour forecasts, schedules, and actual results to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Analyze labour productivity, staffing effectiveness, and workforce utilization.

  • Validate and refine workforce models through ongoing performance feedback and quality assurance.

Clientelling & Experience Insights Integration & Reporting

  • Support clientelling analytics, dashboards, and reporting across the enterprise.

  • Analyze customer engagement, selling behaviours, and client outcomes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in collaboration with system and business partners.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and workflows embedded into tools and processes.

Governance, Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain enterprise reporting standards, governance, and compliance alignment.

  • Support KPI definitions, metric documentation, and performance tracking frameworks.

  • Ensure analytics deliverables meet quality assurance standards, including data validation and consistency checks.

  • Produce clear, complete, and maintainable documentation for processes, models, and reports.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner cross‑functionally across the Store Experience organization to deliver integrated insights.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, corporate partners, and store associates.

  • Present data stories clearly, translating complexity into actionable insights.

  • Support enterprise initiatives through standardized reporting, automation, and analytics enablement.

Measures of Success

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, operational intelligence, or workforce analytics.

·       Microsoft Suite of tools, superior knowledge of Microsoft Access / SQL / MS- SQL / Fabric / Power BI / ODBC / sftp / system architecture / process and systems design / modelling / experience in leveraging AI.

  • Strong analytical expertise with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

  • Experience with data tools, ODBC connections, and enterprise data environments.

  • Proven experience in process design, process mapping, and data modelling.

  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and reporting standards.

  • Demonstrated ability in KPI creation, performance measurement, and quality assurance.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders and frontline teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, complex retail environment.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$102,866.66 - $126,000.00 / 102.866,66$ - 126.000,00$ (per year / par an)

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
