Senior Analyst - Siemens Financial Services

Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is looking for a Senior Analyst to work in our Project Finance / Power & Renewables Team focused on the energy sector. You will collaborate closely with SFS teams to evaluate investment opportunities and partner with financial sponsors on structuring debt financing for diverse energy projects across the Americas-including solar, battery storage, wind, hydro, and thermal power generation technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with the position located in Iselin, NJ or Atlanta, GA. *Siemens Financial Services employs a hybrid working environment model.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong analytical mindset with a working knowledge of investment banking and debt capital markets, allowing for effective evaluation and interpretation of complex financial data.
  • Solid understanding of the energy industry, including key sectors such as Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and project development principles
  • Active contributor in deal negotiations and structuring, supporting Risk Managers through due diligence, financial modeling, investment submissions, and preparation of underwriting materials for Investment Committees.
  • Advanced Excel-based cash flow modeling expertise, with the ability to develop and stress-test financial models for investment analysis.
  • Deep risk management acumen, backed by formal credit training and hands-on experience with due diligence processes and institutional risk acceptance frameworks.

Basic Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually with a target incentive of 35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
