We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Analyst, Risk Intelligence.
The Senior Analyst, Risk Intelligence supports the execution of Quality & Compliance (Q&C) Enterprise Risk Management activities by translating risk and compliance data into clear, reliable, decision‑ready insight. Working under the guidance of Q&C ERM Leadership, this role partners with Risk Management Champions (RMCs) and functional stakeholders to deliver risk analytics, dashboards, heatmaps, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and governance reporting. The role executes governance and risk processes, ensures data quality and consistency, produces integrated risk views, and contributes to ERM training and risk culture initiatives—strengthening consistency, transparency, and discipline as Q&C continues its transition toward proactive, forward‑looking risk intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Risk Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting
Assist with the development and maintenance of risk dashboards, heatmaps, KRIs, and analytics (including data inputs, thresholds, and trend views) for enterprise and functional risk reviews.
Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and approved dashboard/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and internal risk/quality systems to compile, validate, and visualize risk data.
Aggregate and organize risk data from multiple sources (e.g., audits, investigations, assessments, remediation tracking) to enable consistent enterprise‑level reporting.
Prepare standard and ad‑hoc risk reports, translating data into clear visuals and concise written summaries under guidance from senior team members.
Governance & Data Quality Execution
Coordinate risk governance and reporting activities by preparing materials, consolidating inputs, and documenting outcomes for quarterly and ad‑hoc risk reviews and leadership forums.
Perform data quality checks and validation, maintaining organized documentation, version control, and working files for risk reports and dashboards.
RMC Enablement & Functional Support
Enable RMCs by maintaining standard templates, tools, and guidance, and helping drive consistent application of risk definitions, scoring criteria, and escalation pathways.
Assist with intake, organization, and formatting of risk submissions, responding to routine RMC questions and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Training, Communication & Risk Culture
Develop, update, and coordinate ERM training, job tools, and risk culture materials, including presentations, learning content, and communications.
Continuous Improvement & Special Projects
Support ERM process improvement tasks, benchmarking, and special initiatives, including digital enablement, dashboard enhancements, and participation in testing and rollout of new tools, templates, and reporting approaches.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., business, analytics, risk management, life sciences, engineering, or related field)
4 – 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharma industry, including risk management, quality, compliance, or related experience is required
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare, manufacturing).
Experience compiling and analyzing data and producing structured reporting (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, or recurring metrics) with attention to data quality.
Foundational understanding of risk management, compliance, or governance concepts
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work with data sets, templates, and structured reporting
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with dashboards and visualizations
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PharmD) and/or professional certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or querying data (e.g., basic SQL) to build or enhance dashboards and automated reporting.
Familiarity with ERM, audit, quality systems (QMS), or compliance processes (e.g., risk assessments, controls testing, issue management, CAPA/remediation tracking).
Experience coordinating governance forums and reporting cadences (e.g., quarterly risk reviews), including agenda/materials preparation, minutes/action tracking, and stakeholder follow‑ups.
Interest in risk culture, training, communications, or change initiatives.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
