The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Americas Pricing Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our journey toward pricing excellence by supporting strategic pricing initiatives that drive profitable growth and enhance customer value.

The Senior Pricing Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Customer Service to manage pricing activities, develop data-driven insights, improve pricing processes, and support key commercial decisions across the Americas region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, profitability, and successful execution of pricing strategies. This role has the ability to work hybrid after a training period and has a pay range of 80-100K based on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and monitor daily quotation requests, ensuring timely completion in accordance with pricing policies, approval matrices, and business strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to develop competitive and profitable pricing recommendations.
  • Analyze pricing requests and provide consultative support to the sales organization to optimize pricing outcomes.
  • Perform price, margin, and profitability analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify pricing opportunities, risks, and leakage.
  • Maintain pricing master data integrity and help ensure accurate implementation of approved pricing actions.
  • Support the implementation and execution of regional and global pricing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support annual price adjustment (APA) activities, including analysis, execution, and tracking.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve pricing visibility and performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts within pricing operations.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Business Units to drive alignment and execution of pricing objectives.
  • Perform additional duties and projects assigned.


What We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial analytics, sales operations, or customer-facing business support.
  • Experience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process excellence.
  • Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
