Job Details

The Experience
You'll join Global Growth Systems' Pipeline Programs team as the connective tissue between leadership-aligned pipeline priorities and the sellers who act on them, building the programs that execute against business objectives and packaging the output so reps know exactly who to contact and what to say. You'll operate across both owned hotspot programs and influenced work with Cloud Field Marketing and OU Marketing, with equal weight given to direct execution and strategic influence. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • You are the team's lead funnel expert. You understand where leads stall by OU and segment, you know the scoring and routing logic, and you use that intelligence to design always on programs.

  • Execute the quarterly hotspot program cycle end-to-end, taking a program brief and building the multi-channel play that delivers against leadership-aligned objectives (Run Rate PG, Create & Close, MSP, New Logo PG, and NNAOV)

  • Partner with Cloud Field Marketing and OU Marketing to align on signals, timing, messaging, and audience coverage

  • Launch on time, optimize mid-flight based on engagement and conversion signals, and build repeatable playbooks that scale across OUs and future quarters

  • Track program performance and report on pipeline contribution with clear attribution to business outcomes, including NNAOV in partnership with the Global Growth Systems team

  • Use funnel performance data to inform program design, ensuring execution targets the right accounts at the right stage

  • Identify coverage gaps across the funnel and build always-on programs to fill them, including low-score lead nurture and contact engagement programs

  • Partner with Marketing Ops and BDR leadership on scoring, routing, and lead quality improvements

  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff for every program: build target account lists, develop ProspectingIQ guides, and deliver contact intelligence that gives BDRs and AEs a clear starting point

  • Understand the event lead scoring model to ensure leads captured at events are scored, routed, and handed off with the context sellers need to follow through

  • Partner with BDR Dev Ops to align program outputs to their existing tooling and infrastructure

  • Measure handoff effectiveness through response rate, time-to-contact, and lead-to-opportunity conversion, and close the loop with Sales Development and Field Sales on what's working

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing in a B2B tech environment

  • You can take a brief from strategy to launch across multiple channels and stakeholders

  • You're comfortable working in lead funnel data and can read a conversion report to make decisions, not just report on outcomes

  • You've worked closely with Sales Development or BDR teams and understand how sellers think and what makes a handoff useful

  • You're a strong cross-functional collaborator who can manage competing priorities and keep multiple workstreams moving

  • You're a clear communicator who can translate campaign logic into simple, seller-ready messaging

Even Better If...

  • You have familiarity with tools like Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and contact intelligence platforms
