Full Job Description
As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as Senior Analyst, Patient Financing Analytics.

Summary

This role owns our patient financing reporting and serves as the go to voice on trends within our financing business, with the opportunity to shape how Aspen thinks about patient financing and partner directly with senior leadership to define strategy in this space. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy: you will need to be comfortable pulling and validating your own metrics, and equally comfortable presenting insights that connect financing trends to the broader sales funnel and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Own patient financing reporting end to end, from data pull to final deliverable, and serve as the subject matter expert on financing trends across the business.
  • Monitor and interpret trends in healthcare financing and loan performance, translating them into insights that inform decisions across sales, finance, and leadership.
  • Partner with senior leadership to help define strategy for the patient financing business and identify opportunities to improve funnel performance.
  • Connect financing trends to the broader business, explaining how shifts in financing performance ripple into sales funnel conversion and overall results.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Power BI that go beyond the numbers to tell a clear story.
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to pull, validate, and analyze data independently.
  • Identify data quality issues or reporting gaps and proactively propose and drive solutions.
  • Present findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Work independently to manage recurring deliverables while flagging risks or anomalies early.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • BA or BS in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in an analysis or insights based role.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analysis driven role required.
  • Experience with SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool, Tableau or Power BI, required.
  • Experience working with financing, lending, or loan performance data is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare financing, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a story for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable owning a recurring, deadline driven reporting process.

  • Annual pay range: $90,000 - $100,000 (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
  • A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
  • The position is based in Chicago, IL, with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Candidates located outside the 35-mile radius of Chicago may be considered, for remote, on a case-by-case basis.
