The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Senior Analyst of Marketing Enablement is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a portfolio of marketing campaigns across multiple channels - sometimes executed in partnership with external brands such as hospitality, travel, or financial industry partners. This role will drive compliant, high-quality and on-time end-to-end campaign execution delivery as a central source of expertise of our internal marketing capabilities and the channels/experiences they own. This individual will ensure marketing strategies are met by assessing nuances, scope, and feasibility to translate into launch milestones. This role will collaborate closely with various teams within US Consumer Marketing, Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), Governance and Compliance Partners, and various channel execution teams to support campaign setup. This role will also develop process efficiencies to deliver on the marketing plan with excellence and innovate core execution processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market. This role will also support 3 contractors who implement the end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental revenue and customer engagement, managing end-to-end campaign set up and delivery
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution for one or more channels on an ad hoc basis
  • Help support a team of contractors tasked with end-to-end marketing campaign set up and delivery in their respective channels
  • Partner with marketing, operations and external partner teams to understand campaign objectives, develop go to market execution and testing plans, and implement marketing campaigns (including offer constructs and execution strategy for new offers, product launches and refreshes) to engage customers across owned and partner channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on messaging and creative development process, owning reviews with internal stakeholders and approvals with brand, legal and compliance
  • Develop and maintain campaign execution calendars and track team capacity
  • Participate in campaign results analyses, understanding customer behavior and providing actionable recommendations on how to improve performance against goals
  • Uphold our control management priorities by driving operational excellence across our risk management process
  • Assist with hiring and training of new contractors and peers; mentoring on ways of working and best practices
  • Maintain expertise in Marketingforce and support new platform enhancements and integration


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Project management experience and organization skills, with the ability to manage tight and evolving timelines across multiple priorities to deliver flawless execution
  • Strong attention to detail, serving as a process-focused thinker
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, building and leveraging relationships to create solutions
  • Strong mix of analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results
  • High curiosity with a desire to learn and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
  • Demonstrate collaborative approaches to drive a project/initiative to completion, contributing to a team culture that promotes teamwork and fun
  • Marketing campaign execution preferred
  • Experience with onboarding, training, and/or people management is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
