What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and support data engineering and analytics solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data products using Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Perform data discovery, profiling, validation, and quality assessment activities.
• Support the development of reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Contribute to solution design workshops, technical documentation, and client presentations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Work closely with architects and senior team members to implement best practices for governance, security, and data management.
• Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

Skills & Experience

• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, dimensional modeling, and modern analytics architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
